Latinos United for Peace and Equity experts have worked with local, state, and federal agencies, including the Family & Youth Services Bureau at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Office on Violence Against Women and the Office on Victims of Crime at the U.S. Department of Justice. We are often brought to federal and state roundtable discussions to help shape policy, funding initiatives, and demonstration projects. In addition, we have been called to facilitate inter-agency collaborations and lead discussions on issues that impact Latinx communities.
