As culturally specific organizations, we need to have our budget reflect our cultures within them. This session will walk through the steps in the process of creating a budget. Participants will be able to identify the important things to include within their project budget and how to incorporate cultural activities within their budget. We will also cover what is important to do, and important not to do when it comes to preparing a budget.
