Local LGBTQ+ Organizations in Atlanta

The following is a list of local LGBTQ+ organizations in the Atlanta metro area. Several of them offer culturally-specific support to the Latino/a/x community, including services in Spanish.

    • Youth Pride offers Safe Zone, a daily after-school program, and regular support and discussion groups
  • Fierce Youth Reclaiming and Empowering (FYRE)
    • Fierce Youth Reclaiming & Empowering (FYRE) seeks to support and build the leadership and power of LGBTQ youth of color and their allies, in Atlanta and statewide
  • Familia: Trans Queer Liberation Movement
    • The CRIS Rainbow Program provides a safe and supportive residence for homeless LGBTQ youth
  • Youth Pride
    • Familia: Trans Queer Liberation Movement works at local and national levels to achieve the collective liberation of trans, queer, and gender nonconforming Latinxs through building community, organizing, advocacy, and education.
  • Latino LinQ
    • Increasing equity and promoting well-being for Latinx LGBTQ+ communities in the Metro-Atlanta region. They carry out their mission by providing direct services and facilitating information, education, and training sessions for individuals and groups interested in advancing LGBTQ equity

    • Creates an environment of healing, leadership, empowerment, and development where the community can learn crucial skills for their own sustainability to eradicate the deep employment and financial disparities faced by our Trans, Queer, and LGBTQIA+ communities
